I have been writing to them about my Rs.45000 transferred to them since last 6 days now. Submitted all the details with screenshots both through email and their app, but they keep asking for the same details and respond after 2 days. The worst app to trade crypto. Just pissed off with this kind of support. There is no way I can get help. Strongly urge people to to stop using this app, they seem to be careless about their customers. Even transactions does not happen in real time. I have started using Wazirx, and found it to be much much better than zebpay. I am thinking of taking a legal action now.
