I never found any great fast bowler after ''kapil dev'' in our country (''India'' );to be recognized at international level.India always has been hungry for fast bowlers since 1950;There was Ramakant Desai;but short lived not much achievement except troubling ''Little Master of those days (Mohd.Hanif)those days.Kapil Dev;Greatest but again leaving behind him ''BLANK''space.Kapil did make world records;making India's name up.But after that nobody as a fast bowler came up;but Zaheer Khan.He is using left shoulder to swing bowl inwards & outwards;that is greatest thing.I think we should help his injuries so that he can be used as a good fast bowler at international level.Because of his absence Very weak Westindies came up in 3rd test at Eden Gardens!No fast bowler to check them!
We are forgetting that we are totaly dependant on spinners on our soil;but we are doing injustice to fast bowling in our country!
We cannot win any match without Zaheer;& of course without Sachin Tendulkar!!But Not Sehwag!(Highly pampered;see what he has done against W.I. in last Test.
