It is really great book written by Dr. Elango to address the challenges of working professionals in the era of globalization in India. It talks about the challenges of everyone like us in our day to day working life. We always search success from various sources; but we fail to find one within ourselves. And this book explains it beautifully. This is a amazing read for anybody who is wanting to make it to top on his/her own steam. The tips offered are practical & there is no jargon that you need to decipher.
We tend to forget the basic things that we should be aware of all the time. I have read this book and it lets you know how you should be in a workplace and definitely worth reading more than once until you get all those mentioned in it registered in your mind(only if you are interested.)
I read this book and started reading "Warren Buffett's Management Secrets", now currently reading "How to win friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie". All these are linked in one point that is how to make yourself a better person among others.
