Why SBI Why ? Why do you do this ? Customer experiences at your branches is already a pain, and with online services and app in place you had a chance to reaffirm your position and get some respect from your consumers but you thought of keeping the tradition alive by not bothering at all about the customer.
I tried of thinking any good features of this app and I realised that there are none.
First of all why such a dull interface you have ? Opening the app itself seems as if I am booking a place for myself in hell.
The app just like our hopes crashes whenever it wants. Please invest in good quality IT infrastructure and keep the servers up because if the app is also supposed to be accessed during the working hours then what's the point.
Please make the navigation through app a bit user friendly.
Add more features.
Can you please do something about adding beneficiary quickly and not take a decade long time and therefore make money transfer the primary purpose of banks easier ?
You have a lot of scope, reach and opportunity SBI, please make use of it and I promise you'll be the best. Customer experience does matter.
