You may not need to read this book. Because you can take decisions quickly and in most cases, correctly. If you are the one, it is surely not for you.

But the chances are, this book will apply to a lot of people you know and are close with. Without hesitation, recommend them this book. However, be informed that just by reading, you cannot make quick decisions. You need to apply this learings in day to day life.

Spencer Johnson is widely known as a leader in transaction analysis - the part which deals with human-human relationships in personal and professional lives. His ontime-ontarget manager (BOB) became a best-seller soon after it hit the stands.

Several times, many professionals and even companies suffer from indecisions. They loose focus thereby and loose.

The main idea in this is to priorize. There are some activities which are important, and some which are not. We all know that we cannot solve ALL the problems of life today, and therefore, something will be left unsolved. The author asserts that the difference between winning and loossing lies in realizing which can be put off tomorrow.

To say yes or no, is a big question. Like ''To be or not to be'' of Hamlet, Shakespeare. While taking such a decision, we should ask ourselves some questions before- is it legal? Is it harmonious. Note that anything legal is not automatically harmonious.

It is a practical guide to smart living, as against only living.''From confusion to clarity'' should be an enjoyable and learning experience.
