I would like to write a review about this bank. I had started an account in this bank few years before. My one relative forced me to join in this bank that's what I took an account.
The phone banking is there, but very slow for getting response through this. Once I tried but not user friendly and useful.
Atm availability is there but only to the nearby cities of Yes Bank branches. Some times I could not able to take cash from the Atm counter.
The Internet banking is not user friendly and helpful. The options and features are not well arranged in a proper way. Once I forgot my password I tried alot to contact with them.
The customer service are also the same. If we going to the bank, they won't give importantance to the customers and won't help for their doubts and troubles.
So overall I am not happy with this bank.
