Hi Friends,
I went for a DD request in Yes bank for 2 times with different occasions where I find no proper response from their team.
They don't have the lunch timings and no proper TAT follows.
I waited for a long period for nearly 3 hrs to get a DD even though they were not many customers but still they did time pass as they feel that I am not their customer but their slave.
The Net banking is too good but the customer service which was worst so I don't prefer again Yes Bank in future and same experience will be shared with my friends too.
