I placed an order(order id:7768340) of Rs.323 on YepMe.com for shoe on 30 Jun 2014.I paid through HDFC net banking, payment is successful and amount is debited from my account(Cheque/Ref.No. -630141109 and Narration - 14063014075257-2680-EMVGrowthwaysTrading.)Next day(01 Jul 2014) got mail from Yepme stating that my order is cancelled. I called customer care and they said it would take 10 days to process the refund. But still I am following up this issue getting same response from them.
Worst service by YepMe, customer care is not toll free so customer have to pay every time you ask for your own money to refund. Isn't that funny. Last time when I call customer care I asked to connect to their supervisor Sandeep, I escalated the issue to him, he said there is some problem with payment portal and he promised me that he will initiate the refund within 5 days if process fail to initiate I may proceed with legal proceedings he added, but its almost 2 weeks over I didnt get any response from them. I have all valid proofs, bills, mail communication.If this issue is not resolved within a week, I do not have any other option other than suing this company.
So I request do not ever think about purchase with YepMe.com, if you have so many money and so much time to spend to some fraud company in the name of online purchase then I would suggest YepMe.com.
Customer service - Very worst.
Trust - Very very worst, dont ever trust this Yepme people.
Reasonable - Not even worth of penny.
I have raised my complaints in so many sites like Akosha.com, Consumercomplaints.com, etc but there is no response from YepMe guys. You have to beg for your own hard earned money form this bandits. Totally online shopping crappy company I have ever seen. I would suggest some other online etailing sites for purchase other than this. So please avoid buying from YepMe.
Note: Please do some research about this companies complaints online before buying it from here.Then if you dare you may proceed, do not do the mistake that I have done.
Humble Request for Mouthshut admin - Please add one more Rate star with "Very Very poor" category because even "Poor" category is not enough for these kind of companies.
