Dear Online Buyers,
I'm writing this review after I had a very very hectic and disgusting experience with Yepme.com
I had placed an order for a pair of shoes which was priced Rs 399.00 excluding shipping. However I didn't find it good and initiated a return and refund. To my utter surprise this seller doesn't have a return pickup. "Are you serious guys!" You're an e-commerce site with such horrible facilities.
Anyways I returned the product with proper packaging and paid Rs 260.00 for the return courier. I e-mailed the customer service department with the courier receipt and tracking id. Unlike other e-commerce portals, they don't entertain an acknowledgement to a user's grievances, even after the item was received at Yepme's warehouse.
The courier service's tracking page was showing the item had been delivered 2-3 days then. I had no other option but to escalate it on the order placing page. Please trust me it was never easy to raise a concern or escalate it. Very awful experience on both desktop site and android app. Then there came a text acknowledgement that product has been received and is under quality check.
After following up nearly 4-5 times over e-mail, I was replied that the refund will take 3 weeks and the return courier charges will be refunded in form of coupons that to be of worth Rs 150.00 [Laughs] Seriously!
I had made online payment, it should not take more than 3 business days per standard refund policy of other online websites. Anyway I waited that out.
After nearly a month when there was no refund, I tried to reach them again over calls and e-mails. Here comes the quality of actual Customer Service .
Keep calling their support number and rest assured it'll never be answered. Keep writing mails none is going to reply.
I doubt they even read your e-mails. They have some standard text reply which they copy and paste to your mails.
I promise you'll never get answers to your queries.
Next comes the worst part. I received an online refund of Rs 299 i.e. less by Rs 100 that I paid for the pair of shoes and there was no refund of the shipping charges I paid while buying.
Please hire some good people who should be able to read and understand mails.
I never received the return shipping charges(in form of coupons). I have written them so many times without any proper reply or any update on my refund.
Trust me friends these people are no better than frauds and cheats. Once your money is gone means gone. They are not going to refund it.
Please never buy from this site. An e-commerce site without a customer service department. I swear I'm not gonna visit this site ever and will never encourage others to visit or buy either.
