Original written on 16th November 2013. This edit is posted on 02-12-2013 16:03 PM. Had ordered a shoe pair( Size 9) on 17 Oct 2013( Order ID-3765172) and was told will be delivered in 2 days time. Got it after almost 6 days and then turned the shoe size was way too small. so ordered a replacement with a bigger size.( order No. 4009956).


Took them another 5 days to come and take the shoe. And then another 6 days for them to deliver it. The crappy thing that happened is that these stupid people sent the same shoe size. am ordering a replacement on the website and they say cannot replace or refund. No reply to my emails and after consistently calling for about 2 weeks finally once * got connected to the customer care and that idiot tells me that complaint registration is not her department.


So I told her to forward me to the dept. concerned and she tells me she cant do that and I have to send an email.


I had already sent multiple emails and still had no reply from the company. Now am drawing a complete blank as to how to deal with this company.


Any suggestions will be very helpful.

Got a call from Yepme next day saying why have I put such a review on MouthShut_Official. Gave them the reasons and then they tell me that I can apply for refund. For refund I'll have to give them my account details and the money will be transferred to my account. Have sent the details in the mail 17 times already.


After calling them every day for the next five days they tell me that first the shoes have to be picked up and then I will be getting a refund. So I tell them to send somebody to pick them up.


No one arrives for the next whole week and then again after the next session of persistent calling I am told to /B>end the account details no to refund@yepme.com (as was told in the mail from the company) but to send it to customercare@yepme.com*==


After I do this 5 days later a person comes to pick up the shoes. And now its been 4 days since the shoes were picked up and still have not received the refund. I get no replies to emails and finally after a few tries I get connected to the customer care am told for the 16th time that all my queries shall be resolved within the next 24-48 hours.


Am still waiting for those'24-48' HRS to be completed. The last person I spoke to from YEPEME was a certain Prashant Chaubey and got a complaint number 419871 (finally somebody gave me one. previously no one gave a complaint number.


Am still waiting for the refund.
