first of all for me the website itself is a headache .it takes yearssssssssss to load a page
Against my purchase, I got some credit points in Yepme account( how and what basis I do not know).
By using Yepme Credits+ adding further Cash I made PREPAID order .
By the "expected delivery time" provided by yepme, they even did not ship the products, so I called them and they told me that there is some problem in credit points and so order cannot be processed.
They cancelled the order on their on.
and now MY MONEY which they were to refund, they are holding it illegally.
They do not provide any email to communicate so that a customer cannot communicate with them and there is no proof in writing!
and on calling helpline telephone number, the same mechanical answer is there that refund will be processed.
REFUND DOES NOT TAKE YEARS, IF ONE HAS INTENTION TO REPAY IT IMMEDIATELY.
very very poor response from Yepme and they are sitting over my money!
BEWARE OF SUCH UNETHICAL PRACTICES OF THESE PEOPLE
