I placed my first order (6724123) with YEPME with a hope that they will be comparable or far more ahead to their rivals like Jabong and Myntra but my very first shopping experience with YEPME turned out to be a disaster and they are not even 1% as compared to their rivals.
Firstly there is no communication regarding status of my order. Secondly the customer care is pathetic! Nobody picks up the call or if luckily someone picks up they hang it. Thirdly its very idiotic and stupid on their part that first they are accepting order and then saying they don't have the product.
I placed an order on 04.05.2014 and its almost 8 days I have no info regarding my order. Yepme is a bunch of cheaters who are minting money! Beware of them! Do not ever shop from Yepme as they are selling substandard products!
After posting on MouthShut they replied that items will be dispatched within 03 hours, but no concrete reply only false promises. They called up at 10: 30 am and already 02 days have passed but my order is still pending. This is how they serve customers. I want to add one more thing for all those innocent potential customers who are planning to buy from Yepme that before writing on MouthShut I sent 04 emails and called up n number of times but they were not even bothered to reply me.
But when the same thing I posted on MouthShut they became active. I will make sure that nobody who is known to me will ever shop from this money minting website. Yepme is a bloody bunch of cheaters who is fooling people, apart from this, my straight question to Farhan Akhtar as well is that why did he become a part of Yepme's ad campaign?
Next thing I will do is to post this question on the Twitter account of Farhan's that why he did associate himself with this brand without researching about it. He should have Googled it once and hell lot of complaints against this website can be seen! You people are pathetic!
