Writing in this forum as a frustrated customer. I'm a big fan of online shopping(and shopping in general). I buy from a lot from different sites and never had as bad an experience as Yepme.com. Got to know about this site via TV ads which seemed pretty impressive. The pics on their site, the collection- really nice! But little did I know, that this was just a coat of paint that was hiding its real color.
I ordered 3 dresses from Yepme.com. All of them were of very poor quality and the material looked very cheap. I was put off immediately by the looks of it so I didn't even bother to try them. So my next obvious step was to raise a return request. Another disappointment as they do not have return pick up service which meant I had to fill up their form, pack the dresses and send them through private courier.
The worst was yet to come when I submitted the return request and also sent an email(as per their suggestion) sharing details of the AWB number, etc. This was the start of my nightmare. Immediately after this, they bombarded my message inbox with repeated messages(sent every 1 hour!) to send the return package which I had already done.
I received an acknowledgment of my mail after 2 days but the same annoying messages kept coming. I figured it must have been a mess up from their system so I wrote to them, also sending them a screenshot of the messages but no response. Oh, I forgot to mention! I called their customer care immediately the day I received the message asking me to send the courier because I had already sent them the same, but their customer care number is only for show as you can never reach them. For 3 days I tried calling them and finally gave up because I had no patience left.
From then on, since the last 5 days(and I don't know till when) I've been getting the same message every 1 hour and my inbox has been flooded with 120 messages of the same god-forsaken "return your package" which I'm now absolutely cannot take. I'm not only going to NEVER again buy from this site, I will delete my account from Yepme.com, block their incoming communications and suggest everyone I know to never buy from this site that has bad products, pathetic customer care service and no regard for customer's concerns.
