I have ordered 4 Jackets from YEPME.com on 12.12.2014. I have received the order on 17.12.14 When I opened the packet.
I was surprised to see that all the Jackets were defective and very poor quality.
They do not send the Invoice/Bill.
YEPME management is worst.
YEPME Customer care is even more worst.
Whenever you call they put you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes each time to increase your telephone bill and end up by not giving you any reasonable answer.
It seems that they lure the customer by giving 25% discount to get the money in advance and in return they fool the customer by sending defective product(garbage). Even they do not provide pick up to discourage customer and harass the customers to avoid refund.
Legal Action should be taken against Yepme.com and website should be ban untill they ensure quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
