This is one more site in INDIA that has real bad service while delivering appliances and others.
Hmm so far wastage of time is as follows
The mistake … Placed order 27th Oct : Diwali promo 2000/- for a bajaj mixer
Many days gone …. 10 emails, Facebook complains – 11 nov : 1 reply with complain number
14th Nov --------------- emailed : “reply it is escalated “
Use it if you wanna buy cheap clothes[rejected items I guess] , shoes … but their other depts are really unreliable
shoes bought redtape , how ever heel peeled off in 6 months of normal use
shirts /tshirts - ok

Yes there was very poor customer care my words to yebhi
- If you are doing business here you must have a sync between your own depts
customers here dont want to make 30 calls to fix what u are cooking
> For me it was the lack of coordination in side your depts
Be proactive just INFORM the customer what z the plan
for 15days you kept silent, then told technical iisue with stock , then told the appliance not manufactured anymore
There is something called Email, costs zero why not give details to customer ?
Prepare for unusual situation ..have an action plan
Beware wallmart etc are coming , I believe in indian counter parts...push a little yebhi will shine to be a good site.
