Order no. YBH5496678, raised on 14 April 2015.
Order mentions "Buy Joma Black Men - Running Shoes Get a Erke Backpack Free."
Money paid.
Only shoes received.
Customer complaint YBCSA344084 raised on 4 April 2014.
Received 2 calls so far - from different customer service representatives - that "the offer had expired on 25th March itself." When asked how it was still visible on site, and in my order, NO ANSWER - standard response - give us 72 hrs.
Beware before ordering anything on this site. You are not likely to get what is shown on the screen when you place the order. dont go with this site.
