I was booking for a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai on July 22nd. After the payment was debited to my credit card, a popup informed me that the fare has increased and gave me the option to revise by booking or carry on. I chose to revise my booking but it took me to the original page with full fare. I had to call the Call Center 4 times to get the refund order made(yet to receive the same). After sometime I tried to book again and the same popup came up. this time I chose to continue but it again went back to the full fare page. This time too after the amount was debited from my card. When I called the call center, the agent by name Manisha was pathetic, She was unhelpful, rude. So I have 2 debits to my credit card which they claim will be refunded in 5 days for a service not rendered and at least 1.5 hours spent on phone talking to unhelpful agents
