I enrolled with Y-Axis on August 26, 2023, regarding the U.S. visa slot booking as I had an emergency reason to go to the U.S. They made huge promises at the time of obtaining the processing fee from me and called multiple times for the same. There were big promises and commitments at the time of taking the processing fee, which made me to pay the heavy processing fee. A process consultant was assigned to me. But, after obtaining the fee, they hardly responded to my call or even mails. After mailing many times to the senior team, Mr Sumit Nair gave me a call and informed me that the process consultant assigned to me has left the organisation and they will assign me a new process consultant.
A new process consultant, Mr. Syed Azhar, was then assigned. He was least concerned regarding my case, and I kept bugging him to please keep looking for the slots. Mr Sumit Nair again called to inform that he Mr. Syed has also left the organisation, and now my case is handed over to the 3rd consultant, Mr Abhishek Velpula. The reckless behaviour of Mr Abhishek made me to look for the slots myself. I could see the slots, and they were easily available in the month of December and January, but whenever I called him to book them immediately (as slots are available for fraction of seconds), he never picked up my call and used to call the next day saying that "he was busy with a new client".
The whole organisation, Y-Axis, provides prompt services while enrolling new clients, but after taking money from them, they are least concerned about providing the services.
As a result, I hired another firm to book the slot by paying the same heavy fee again. I finally appeared for the consulate interview in Kolkata with the help of a slot provided to me by a new organisation that I hired. Due to some reasons, my visa got rejected.
I called them again to reapply for a slot, and now Mr Sumit Nair has shamelessly demanded almost double the processing fee that they previously charged, saying that they have hiked the processing fee. He further added that "you'll have to pay some 50, 000 rupees to us for the slot." I said you did nothing to procure me a slot even before, so why should I pay you again? He said that you can hire another organisation and pay them 1 lac rupees to get you a slot.
This shameless behaviour of the Y-Axis made me want to come on this platform and raise awareness of how the Y-Axis steals other people's hard-earned money and provides no services or even a response in return. They are a team of robbers who, like hungry birds, chase you at the time of enrollment and provide no services; in fact, they misbehave when they are questioned on their accountability towards the money taken.
Please don't enrol with them, as Y-Axis is absolutely a fraud company. I hope my feedback will help many save their hard-earned money from going into the pocket of these robbers. You can at any time mail me at happygoluckyshilpi@gmail.com for any query regarding the same, as I don't want you to regret it later, as I did after losing my money.
