No communication: You cannot reach their CC, it's nonexistent. Your call will get disconnected after saying they are busy on IVR.
Slow: In this infotech era, they are so slow that you can declare the tortoise winner before even considering a comparison.
Fake status: They do fake entries in the tracking system to make you feel like your package is moving, while their delivery executive itself said me that's those all are bluff sir, our offices were closed since a month so they update fake entries from office to give your package a tour of INDIA.(see attached image 2)
My package shipped on 12th Dec 2021 has not reached yet on 27th Dec 2021, while other services like Delhivery, Ecom Express and IndiaPost have delivered and picked up many packages which are already being used.
If you order something from AJIO, they will send you with XpressBees, and if you ordered winterwear, rest assured you won't be able to wear them this year:) The attached pic is as on 27th Dec 2021.
UPDATE(30th Dec 2021): These chaps have returned the order after holding for 17 days and the bullshit AJIO says they will refund after another 7 days when it reaches them. The combination of AJIO+XpressBees is deadly, stay AWAY.
