I had bought a Xolo X 1000 in August last year. While initially the phone was normally functioning, from early 2014 there was problems with the functioning of the phone. From Jan to July this year the phone went to a service center 3 times. Finally the data in the mobile was erased and the battery in the phone burst and the phone is incapacitated now. The service centers in Chennai have been useless and we have not got an assistance from them.
In all the experience of buying this XOLO has been harrowing and I recommend that with such incapable service standards people should not look at buying this phone as an option.
