It was a great day for me when I bought a new Redmi A3X phone for my best friend as a birthday present. When he opened the packaging, his eyes shone with delight. However, as soon as started he using the phone, Arya found out that the phone was very slow and took time for applications to load. The phone would also slow down a lot and even lag which would make it very hard to use the phone. He was disappointed as both he and I had expected a much better performance. Arya found the buggy phone quite challenging to use for one week and decided to return it back to me for a refund.
