Hello Readers.
Mi is making its mark in selling its products with months of waiting and cheap price range.
This TV was launched on flipkart with the price off 39999/- Rupees and then after initial sale it was then sold for 44999.
I won't say that I ddin't try for it, I even tried in 2-3 sales as I was also attracted for its looks. but with luck I didn't get the tv and now when my friend purchased it and after using it I can say that I am saved from 40000 loss.
Let me explain:
The main feature that is slimmest tv in the market is the drawback in itself as it looks good. but it makes it very delicate and hard to save it if you have small child in your homes.
Then comes the Picture quality: for the price a 4K tv is beyond expectation but after sometimes many Mi tvs started bleeding light means you will be able to see many spots in the dark scenes. and it is not that good. The colors are also not that bright.
User Interface: it is not a true android tv and has its own interface. you have a main screen showing all the available options. but not being a true android you cannot have playstore on it and you cannot download application on it. you have to side load. and many of them don't function right.
The main sites which everyone uses is youtube. which is also difficult to install.
The connectivity options are also limited with minimum USB and HDMI ports. they could have been more.
The remove is very difficult to operate as the buttons are a bit confusing in comparison to the traditional remotes we use.
Sound effect: There are two 8+8 speakers giving 16 w output. But as they are below the and facing towards the ground the sound effect is much below standards.
Value for money: In 40 thousand a 4K tv is good but the two main things you need is picture quality and sound which is below par and I won't recommend it. There are better options like TCL IFfalcon and others. in the same range.
