I was looking for a new ICE for my new car. I was keen to have a Bluetooth enabled ICE since I get a lot of calls during my long commute to office and I am not comforable using the standard BlueTooth EarPiece. Also I listen to lot of music.
I happned to come across the Xenos range of producs at a consumer Exhibition in Chennai Trade Centre. The range of Xenos ICE products look quite good.
The BlueTooth model they had XT 300 BT(I think) looked OK, but lacked some features due to which I did not go for it.
What it has
Bluetooth enabled - can make / recieve calls with BT paired phone.
Audio quality was quite good.
Dialling keypad available in Head Unit(il.e you can dial from your HeadUnit when paired with your Phone thru BT!)
CD player
Remote control
What it doesnt have:
No SD card port
So you are limited to listening to the Radio or CDs only. You cannot connect any other device /input which limits your range.
They had an offer of bundlingn a pair of speakers free. Exhibition offer price was 8K(regular showroom price for HU 12K)
Didn't go for it due to what it doesnt have
