Cannot express how unhappy I am with Wurfel's quality of product and even worse, their After Sales Service.
What started off as the most beautiful kitchen in late 2021, turned out to be one of the worst nightmares and decisions of our life, to trust tye Wurfel Brand. In less than a year the cabinetry started deteriorating and now the shutters are peeling off rapidly exposing the poor composite wood inside. The pride of our house is now an embarrassment. For more than a year now we have been complaining, but all we have is delay after another. Mr Balraj sent a representative many months ago, saw the issues, but zero action. Shame on you Wurfel for this absolute lack of after sales service and masquerading a 3rd grade product as an "award winner"
