My bad luck, I came to know about MS.com after I purchased
one house hold item and regretted afterwards.
Free advice can be given to all probable customers to go
through MS.com remarks/comments on the particular product
given by genuine users at least before buying any product.
Truely MS.com is a great boon to the entire community
especially the middle class who has great value for each
rupee he spends.
You purchase some product and then you find out that you
have been totally or partially cheated through complete
misguided advertisements. You may decide to go to Consumer
Reddressal Forum for justice. Hardly that is a solution as
after wasting plenty of your energy, time and money over a
period of a few years; you may end up with ''A case of the
missing File''.
Cure is very difficult and sometimes impossible as it has
happened with the customers of Reliance Mobile
(restricted or partly mobile).
