This is my 100th review. Please allow me to take some liberties and post it under this category on “Writing Reviews”. This review is dedicated to all those wonderful writers who have touched me and hopefully, whom I have touched – now stop giving me those lechery looks – look, my hands are free. In hindsight, I think I have posted this dedication in the right category, as one has to read the gems produced by these writers in order to learn the art of writing reviews.
The list is organized randomly and I have tried to summarize each of my fellow travelers’ characteristics / achievement in a couple of sentences – if I fall short – “mea culpa” – I stand guilty for not having the talent to describe their achievements and in no way belittles their glory.
Journey Uninterrupted – The Travelers.
# Bhavna: A film critic – who writes excellent film reviews. Short and to the point reviews are her hallmark.
# Just-did-it: The philosopher. His reviews and comments are lessons in the art of living.
# Premjit: Every review of his is a masterpiece – worth reading again and again. He has a way with words. A complete writer – he writes serious stuff with the same élan as his lighthearted works.
# Teena_Sri: A Music lover – her reviews are informative.
# Meleahk1: Like her reviews on household items. I would vote for her as the good will ambassador for Wal-Mart.
# Arunroy: The no-nonsense writer – packs his reviews with loads of information.
# Madlalya: He is an institution in himself – a music wizard – a storehouse of music tit-bits and a humorous writer.
# Cousin2: Like the Duracell bunny – she just writes and writes and writes – top-notch reviews.
# Chawlaarti: The silent type – reads and rates a lot of reviews – comments only when required.
# Rekh: A master at time management – churns out reviews on books, movies and TV serials – each one a masterpiece. A good friend to have.
# Dazzlingpiscean: Azhar is a sports enthusiast as revealed by his reviews.
# Santoz: The ice cool man – nothing perturbs him – writes seldom but quality reviews.
# Koshish: Writes detailed reviews, mostly on movies. Actively rates and comments on reviews.
# Cpearl: A very thorough and effective writer – be it movies or books – always a pleasure to read her reviews. And a good commenter too.
# Happyz: As her Id suggest – don’t worry, be happy – her reviews does wonders to the moods.
# Suyog: Multitalented – writes with a passion on any topic – does not give in to controversies.
# Milinddesai: A detailed movie critic – his Oops and Extras on movies are a delight to read.
# Anirbanc: A nature lover – a lucky guy to have traveled far and wide and write descriptive reviews for our reading pleasure.
# Pixie: More impish than angelic in her writings – her reviews are well thought out and carefully worded.
# Spookay: A fun-loving personality – writes less but is very regular at rating and commenting on reviews. His sense of humor is amazing.
# Deja_Vu: Has a unique style of writing – his reviews make for an interesting read.
# Ganeshb: One word sums him up – genius.
# Vivekbp: A prolific writer – is at ease writing on any topic – and is a vast storehouse of information.
# Crazeebidee: She writes as she thinks – funny, witty and humorous.
# Rjois: Creativity at its best. Her reviews are laugh-a-riot.
# Disskonnekt: The master of comments. Commenting on reviews is an art and he is the undisputed master. Same goes for his reviews. His ability to play with words is worthy of a note (preferably Ben Franklins) or note worthy.
# Karana: A hard working writer – scores a perfect ten, everytime.
# Davieboy: A fun loving writer – and an effective commenter.
# Sonal_neo: A good sense of humor permeates through her reviews.
# Tongue_in_cheek: His reviews are a treat – a very talented writer with abundant sense of humor and knowledge. An intellectual.
# Arunpv: Writing well structured reviews and patiently commenting are his forte.
# Farashy135: A talented and matured writer – her reviews are packed with loads of information. Writing encouraging comments are second nature to her.
# Okornakov: Has a mind of her own and her reviews are well opiniated.
# Lavagopal: Well structured and humor filled reviews. A readers delight.
# Kalyani: Writing well researched reviews and encouraging comments are her style.
