I have loved the WWF since I was about 5 years old, when I first saw the Royal Rumble. I was instantly hooked and I still am. I am very very happy to see the WWF become as popular as it has.
It is generally about wrestlers who perform brilliantly acrobatic and technically moves on each other. Each week there are about 5 shows, the main ones are Smackdown and Raw is War which are 2 hours long, and in which most of the main things happen. Then there is 3 hour long shows in which there are matches starring less famous wrestlers and also highlights from what was on Smackdown or Raw is War. As well as these shows, every month there is a major event, like Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania. In these events most of the titles are competed for, also theses are were conflicts are ended, or made even worse. Also there are same stunningly entertaining matches like, Hell in a Cell, Gage match, or Street Fight.
Most of the time in the WWF there are 3 or 4 wrestlers going after the championship. The feud between these wrestlers normally continues for about 2 months. In these feuds one of the wrestlers is normally a bad guy and the other is a good guy, this normally means that the good guy wins but not always.
Every one always says that what is the point in watching something that is planned, well the point I make is that only a few people know what is going to happen and I don't. So it is still entertaining. And yes sometimes you can guess what is going to happen, but you can in any sport, and yes I said sport, because in my opinion that is what I think it is.
The story lines in the WWF make watching even better, for over 15 years they have been brilliant, they are more entertaining than Eastenders, well that doesn’t take a lot! They keep people guessing what is going to happen all the time. How they do it is above me but I am glad that they do. I refer to the most brilliant in all wrestling story lines ' Who ran over stone cold Steve Austin' I mean it was brilliant, it kept people wondering for over a year. And when we found out, WOW no one could of guessed.
Over all the WWF is great and that’s is proved by its popularity today, a combination of many things has helps such as the things above.
And lets all hope that it keeps on improving.
