I want to share my experience about this sewing machine. I gifted this machine to my mom for her birthday. Because she likes stitching and designing. Its style and design is good and not space consuming.
Before she used double machine with no other features. But this machine for her very useful for first two months, later it got some damages and stopped using it.
First of all it is not user friendly and very difficult to understand its features and options especially for old people. There are many options for stitching with various design. For select the proper one it should take more time. It is not easy to use.
It's working is not smooth and was breaking the thread while stitching. And for again inserting the thread is also very difficult and should take more time. The speed also got reduced even with power.
If we are using for more than 1 hour it gets heat very soon and we can not stich with this machine further more.
The options are more but there is no uses with those features. The design should be same always When we change the option also. I got warranty on this machine for 1 year. But they didn't repair this machine when it got damaged with six months. Their service and support is too pathetic and not helpful.
My mom is not satisfied with this machine and now she is using old double machine which is very easy to use. That's what I won't recommend for others to buy this machine.
