This is the long awaited blockbuster live action origin story of Wonder Woman, of Princess Diana, based on the character from DC comics created by William Moulton Marshton. It is not only a story of honour, love and great discovery but also a great  start to mega action story of the Justice League and some famed characters to Dick Grayson, Deathstroke and many more and at last Darkseid.

Cinematography keeps it world war 1 era and does a pretty convincing job in doing so. It is all about Diana's progress, as she trains to the best of her strength and ideals by her aunt, Antiope in a full female island, Themyscira.

The plot is the usual plot. Pilot Steve Trevor crashes at the offshores of Themyscira and Diana saves him and then he is questioned. It is then they learn that he as the decoy pilot during world war 1, of the allied intelligence infiltrated a weapons production facilty of the ottoman empire where German general Ludendorf along with Doctor Poison is creating a dangerous chemical and Steve was on the run when he crashed. So convinced that the war is instigated by Ares - god of war, she accompanies Steve to fight Ares and put an end to the plague.

The reason the movie has been so successful is not only Gadot's goodness, elegance and charming gal personality but also the concept of a new origin story which no one has ever seen before in the big screen.

The 2nd half of the movie has action packed CGI which is mesmerising especially in 3D and quite engaging.

Gadot is natural and very relatable which is uncanny. Her costume too is something to see as in a character. Diana is portrayed as brave, charismatic, optimistic and knows what she is doing, which is justified by Gadot's looks and personality.

Albeit I never liked Chris Pine. But as Steve Trevor, he has a good sense of humour, which supported by his secretary Eta Candy.

Although there are many enemies but the plot of a confident, strong woman against the evil that haunts the world is what stands above all, and attracts us all.

It is well crafted, written, shot, executed and magnificently portrayed. Cinematography is awesome. Patty Jenkins, first female superhero self female director has put together a great piece of movie together.

I recommend everyine to watch this movie in 3D as it will be special experience.
