Defulter Company. Review on Wizi Marketing

I have worked here for six months. One day I was called by the HR and was told to discontinue the job from the next day. It has been…. months but the company didn’t bother to pay my salary. With big disgrace, I am sharing my experience pertaining to the fallacious management of this company that plays with their employees’ careers. The company claims to be no. one digital marketing company of India with its several deceptive techniques to ruin its employees.

The uncongenial work environment serves you with n number of pains in the head:

• Sudden termination without any written or oral warning. The company has terminated 18 talented employees without any valid reason.

• One never gets his salary before the due date crosses another 15 days.

• The environment at their workplace is full of politics, that you end up dealing with mental pressure despite working optimally.

• They would make it so hard for you to work properly and will ask you to resign despite terminating because they don’t want to compensate you for a sudden termination.

• Even if you complete your probation period; the company doesn’t give you promised increment in salary.

• Teamwork, support and motivation is not their key, you will only find unskilled bossy people leading hard working, talented and underpaid staff.

• The malignity doesn’t end here. They would terminate you and would even take your signatures on a blank stamp paper at the time of termination just to ensure that the employee has no future complaints about the financial claims and mental cruelty at work.

Wizimarketing.com, seowithpro.com and wizi logic private limited; the company disguises itself as many such names. You are totally mistaken if you are seeking career opportunity and professional growth in this company because it is a sheer habitat for those who want to dominate on the basis of their ill will. You can only be better at politics as it is the only thing that is found in abundance in this company.

In most big companies there is usually one HRM to look over 200 employees but this organization has 4 HRMs to manage 70 employees. Well definitely they need more HR managers unlike other companies as key role of HRMs here is to;

• Peep into your personal matters.

• Pressurizing you to resign for no reason.

• Terminating 2 employees each day.

• Hiring two employees each day and play with their career.

• And last but not the least; playing dirty politics, etc.

Employees here either can’t work due to excessive stress at work or, ends up being a part of their dirty politics. In either way, chances of career growth in this organization are zero.

My story would leave you unperturbed as, I was thrown out of the company just because I used to have lunch with someone whom the HR didn’t like. I was warned two times for not to have lunch with him and the third time I was told that I was no longer an employee to the company.

Although the owner(administration head of wizi marketing pvt.ltd.) is a nice man but he lives in Canada and dependent to listen to HR and other biased employees to make any decision. He is unaware of such environment in office in his absence. He is blind to see how all the trustworthy and productive employees are terminated in no time. Anyways, he would get the toughest lesson as it’s entirely his loss and no one else’s.

The most disgraceful part is that, the employees can even do romance with their colleagues if they are bringing business to the company. Even if you complaint about them, they would tell you straight in your face that, this person is bringing dollars to the company which is why he is allowed to do anything he wants. Such employees use the ladies restroom, and even use vacant rooms for their pleasure during late shift hours.

The website developers who advertise themselves at the back of auto rickshaw deliver better work than this company as all people are busy doing politics. They neither work nor let anybody work properly.

This company doesn’t even have enough funds to pay for their employees’ salaries. They are moving their office to another place due to insufficient funds to pay the rent.

Even till now the office rent was being paid by Techchasers digital pvt.ltd.(Sister Company to wizi logic pvt.ltd.). Techchasers has a small staff of total 25 employees. The head of is company is humble and professional. Techchasers does enough business that it even helps wizi marketing to sustain in the times of losses.

God bless this company! I Pray more wisdom to such people.

Company means earning livelihood together instead of snatching other's dole of bread.

1. They provide website development services for$100-150 which is as amateur as those who advertise themselves at the back of auto rickshaws and do the same job for Rs.1100.

2. They change their employees daily as if they are changing clothes.

3. The government in India changes after every five years but in this company it changes every five months.

4. Everybody here wants to become the owner as, the owner of this company lives in Canada.

5. If you can fawn over the HR manager then only you can work for this company.

6. They terminate their employees within 2-3 months of joining and threaten them to kill or entrap into the fake case of fraudulence.

7. The employees are even terminated after serious defamation and harassment for mere talking to their female colleagues, if they fail to earn dollars for the company.

8. The employees who had been loyal to the company and worked hard for its progress for the last three years were terminated without any valid reason.

9. This company is nothing but a training hub for those who want to make their career in politics.

10. I would give 5 stars to this company for playing dirty politics and playing with peoples’ careers.
