My mom was once advised to take ECG from this lab. Hoping to be a good lab we went to take the test in the lab. The lab is very small from outside. When we went inside almost there was no one for test only we were there. When we went to reception they told to first pay the fees and the fees was very heavy.
After paying the fees we were told to wait, they made us to wait for 45 minutes even when there was no one waiting for the test. Finally they called my mom and went for the test, it took another 45 minutes for the test. The equipments which were used to test were very old and of low quality. The room which was used for the test was not cleaned even though and had a smell(they can't even use room fresheners).
After the test they told us to wait for the report, we waited for half an hour but after asking they spoke rudely to wait for some more time and after more 30 minutes they told to come tomorrow and collect the report, which made me furious and angry.
Please never go to this clinic laboratory.
