I was guest to my brother Jasvindra's(99xxx xx650) anniversary at his house in bangalore and I witnessed rude and arrogant behaviour of Winni's staff- be it be delivery boy or their support manager - Seems it's their culture to train them in this way -
The delivery guy came almost 1.30-2 hrs late where we all guest kept on waiting. We ask guy the reason of not informing us if he was late and he said he informed customer support - If they did not call u it's not my problem - Also if you dont want cake i'll take back and started shouting and abusing us.
Cake was in bad shape - layer was ripped off from left and right both sides.Picture on 1 side is uploaded.
3.It was ordered asking to write anniversary on cake with message. Neither cake had message nor any card was attached which is really bad for the amount(1299) it was spent
4.Their manager called and started blaming us only. When we said we need refund he flatly refused
By seeing this in future neither me nor any of my friend or family will use winni
