I don't know as to what is happening to the Wings Radio service. I remember, some three years ago, Wings used to provide such fine service that I never had to look anywhere. It was convenient, easy and most of all punctual and suddenly now it has lost out on its past qualities and have become most unreasonable and to top it all, a flawed cab service to opt for.
ALWAYS LATE: And I am not saying this because I have a grudge on its founder or head or any employee in particular. I am saying this because they have taken me for a ride for many times now. If I have booked the cab for 9'O, be sure it will arrive only after 9:15, that too if I am lucky and most of the times, the driver will keep calling me asking for my address.
How many times do I need to give them my full address and it isn't that I stay in a jungle or top of the hill. A person with little knowledge of the city can spot my place, then why can't these professional (I assume) drivers can.
MISMANAGEMENT: I placed a call and never get the confirmation message. So I call back and get the details after being on the line for ages. Once I have the confirmation number, I don't get the driver details till the last minute that too many a times a driver calls me before the message arrives.
NO RECORD: So many times I called them and when the confirmation message didn't arrive, I place to a call to the message that they have no record of my previous call. Can you beat it, no record..what does that mean that I am disillusioned. Twice it so happened that I called them and they kept promising me that the message will arrive but it never did.
And at the last moment they told me that they have no record of my previous call. Thank God that my flight was delayed in one of the instances, otherwise I would have been left in a situation.
