I purchased Thar Crde on 01-Jan-2017 from Winwin Automobiles. And I Purchased an online Reg. No. MP04-CD-1001, which was declared to my favour on 8th Jan. I have forwarded the same email to them.
Now the Registration charges in MP were hiked by 1% on 10th Jan. And that was not my mistake when these executives who were informed already were not ready to do the work. So now after the date has passed the executive called me and requested to pay extra amount for registration. For which I paid Rs. 9000/- extra without my mistake. ( this happend due to emotional thing as the person Mr. Dinesh to whom we had a deal for car had an accident just 1 day before the delivery of the car , and this executive Suraj now taken the file and said sir you already know I am doing the incomplete task of Mr.Dinesh and we accept our Mistake, please co-operate and transfer money otherwise your vehicle will not be registered )
Now after giving the money when I asked when my vehicle will be registered, This guy ' Kripal ' asked me for another Rs. 15000/-. When I questioned for what ? , he replied we have to pay this amount to RTO as you have a Choice no. For verifying it we have to pay this to RTO guys. I said clearly when I have already purchased Choice No. Online from MP transport site why should I pay you Bribe just for verifying it. And it doesn't make sense for giving money again. I really was angry with this type of things how can showroom people can go to this extent taking out money from Customers.
I said I will Complaint regarding this, he said nothing will happen even if you complain ( See the courage of showroom people ) becoz we are the people who will make the report and provide.
Now again Suraj called me and insisted to give the money started to negotiate with me on the RTO extra money Bribe part. I had recorded their calls that time.
I keep on following with these 2 idiots Kripal and Suraj for about 5 months and they didn't responded me anytime. Everytimr they say this tuesday your No. Will be registered that day. Which never Happened. That was really a bad experience for me becoz there were so many bad incidents happened in our family and relatives and I was feeling helpless that time.
Also I had curse myself so many times for buying this Thar from this showroom as for the purpose for which I have bought the vehicle didn't met and still the vehicle is Parked at home, since we cannot take it out anywhere as it doesn't have the registration card also.
Simple for the Insurance Policy these 2 Fools Suraj and Kripal kept me awaited for 5 months. See how Prompt they are.
On 6th June , Mr. Dinesh joined the office and called me regarding, how is your experience with the Vehicle. I narrated him the whole story about my experience from the date I purchased the Vehicle. But thanks to Mr. Dinesh that he immediately on the next day in the morning messaged me that your Reg. No. Will be visible on MP Transport online by evening and it really happened I was delighted to see my No. Online. Really thanks to him.
But what about these people Kripal and Suraj , they thought I am illiterate or what I don't know how to Put up my problems. I have already Tweet to Mr. Anand Mahindra and will be sending an email with all the bad part to Mahindra Regional Heads and will spread it everywhere.
Because now I have decided I will not Take these things easy. I will go ahead and Will teach a good lesson. I will be also Sharing these things to our Resp CM. As showroom people asking for Extra money on the name of RTO.
There are many more things. These two challenged me that even If I complaint to Mahindra company, nothing will happen. Now I will show them what can happen.
