WhiteHat Jr Interview for Sales Manager. Review on WhiteHat Jr

I had applied for a job with WhiteHat Jr on 10th January 2020. Now since this just occurred last week it's as fresh as an orchid on my mind... Had an in-house interview where we waited for over 4 hrs and then was informed by the HR team "yay, you are hired to see you for the next round".Feeling good about all of this..so with all the courage and cash that I could eventually muster, I walk in at Whitehat Jr for my final 'rounds' of interviews..when I walk in the place is amazing, creative and the ambiance and decor gives you a hint that this is not going to be your average place of work and where 'minds and creativity' would be respected here...

I gave 4 rounds of interviews with practically answering the same questions that too in English and in Hindi. Was there for over more than 7 hrs. It seemed like they couldn't make up their mind about me the whole time stating my energy levels being low.. I was hoping fervently that I wouldn't have to break into a song and dance routine for them to gauge my energy levels.. however, I hoped my resume would do the talking for me apart from all the talking I had to do anyway... But my 13 yrs of experience didn't seem impressive enough coz I was rejected finally on the 'final round' which was after the alleged final round on the basis of my less than 7 months stint with a company(Teleperformance) which one of the managers feels it to be a below par organization in terms of work and character and doesn't have good people hired or working there... So the last manager taking my interview Suyash Tyagi was patronizing and condescending of who was probably on an ego boosting high or thought it was his moment to shine... I felt I was taking his interview instead as he bragged about his influences and contacts and the places he has worked in and the people he knows wherever he has worked and that apparently makes him a superb judge of character and personalities and all because he somehow even if self adjudged knows-it-all..being gruff and downright rude he states this is his usual demeanor and he is being brutally honest... Though he gave me a feeling he was dredging up animosity, hostile emotions and to an extent maybe some past grievances or grudges he may have had with the company I worked as a stint for...

The rejection line went somewhat like this and I am hoping fervently and with fingers crossed no one gets to hear this coz I had to fight a wave of hysteria as I experienced anger, laughter bubbling in my throat and the delusional explanations and justifications for my rejection..so here goes since you worked with this company, you cannot be hired as this company doesn't have the creme de la creme crowd and the shoulders you have rubbed or worked within this particular company with doesn't convince him that I am good for this job and emotionally he really wants to hire me but the rationale part of him doesn't think I should be hired... Despite it was less than 7 months stint in a 13 yr career with other highly reputed organizations which had everything Whitehat Jr wanted tenure, stability, sales, experience, etc.

However I was rejected because of a 'no gooder low profile' company, I let the HR know I was seething in anger and was absolutely furious for the reason of my rejection who said will let me know about the feedback and they agreed with me that this is not and should not be a reason for rejection as I wasted my time and my funds which I was already running low on..only to be told what could have been told to be before I went thru repeated rounds of interviews.. Heartbroken and absolutely furious with Whitehat Jr callous attitude and unprofessional behavior but then they are too busy promoting artificial intelligence and may have misplaced their human intelligence and emotions along the way or chucked it in the gutter more like.. Pathetic and despicable experience I would suggest don't go all the way to their head office in Marol to get insulted or humiliated ask in the first round itself if they want robots and if they think a script can really build futures.. it aint worth the hike or the anticipation.

PS: Never received a callback yet forget feedback so you can imagine how unethical and unprofessional Whitehat Jr truly is...
