First of all not worth to given one star though to feed my comments I have to select a star. My daughter was doing coding classes from WhiteHat Jr since 2020. On the month of August 2021, Shivani Soni from WhiteHat Jr sales team contacted us and told the present package going to complete in next two months, requested to renew another 300 + classes for rs 1, 09, 620. She also told you can pay fees in installment option in case if you are not able to pay full payment. Later she asked my Pan, Adhaar and cancelled cheque. After two days of providing the required docs, she told us signature in cheque is not matching and hence my bank rejected ECS. So I told her stop this loan process and I will do full payment. On 18 Oct 2021, I had paid the full amount of rs 1, 09, 620 through their provided payment link.
On August 2022 that is almost one year after the payment I got a call from finance peer saying that I have not paid one EMI out of three for the loan taken for WhiteHat Jr coding class. I even don’t know who is this finance peer at that time. I told them first of all I had not taken loan from you and as per them if they provided me any loan then I asked who paid two EMI”s out of three. Sure it was not deducted from my bank account. Later finance peer threaten us if you do not pay one EMI it will affects your CIBIL score. Then I checked my cibil and my score dropped down from 840 to 660 because it’s showing defaulter by one emi overdue.
Due to this, I have stopped my housing loan process on August 21 as rate of interest depends upon cibil score. Lesser the score and higher the rate of interest. The loan issuing bank also asked me to get NOC from finance peer. I asked them to give NOC from WhiteHat Jr and Financr peer. Till now they have not provided NOC and I dropped the housing loan process at last. Since last 6 months I had sent many many mails and called the support team but all gone vain. Seems this guy are very careless and irresponsible people sitting in support customer centre. They do the same reply every time our customer support will call u back within 24 hrs and no one called so far.
Later upon checking my daughter's account I found that this fraudulent WhiteHat Jr taken loan amount of rs 112000 from their finance peer without my consent and knowledge and at the same time they received full amount from myself. They got double payment for the same course. Most forgery part I found is they have paid even two EMI”s to Finanace peer on the same day after I done my full payment ie., 18 Oct 21. This matter puts me in more depression for last 6months and now finally started to lead legally this issue against WhiteHat Jr and finance peer. They really don’t care about parents serious concern that too after paying full payment we suffer since last 6months. Any how I won’t let this issue down and fight legally until I prove their forgery. Every two week I am getting call from the finance peer and asking us to pay pending emi for untaken loan. They talking rudely most of the times.
WhiteHat Jr is a Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!
Dear parents Don’t enroll your kids in WhiteHat Jr or if you like then make sure the above has not done in your case.
Except the support customer care number there is no other contact number to whom I can deal with.!!
Seriously I am tired and writing this in much frustration happened due to their negligence !!
