I have had the worst experience with them post warranty period. They kept calling me to replace the filter. One Mr. Prakash(8151088855) first insisted on me getting the AMC done and said he would replace the filters in 3 days.
It has been 5 weeks since I have paid the AMC and no sign of their engineer replacing the filters. Now they have even stopped picking the call.
Please never ever buy products from Whirlpool because their service simply suck to the core.
