I will share you my experience about Whirlpool fridge. I have replaced my old refrigerator after ten years of working and bought a new Whirlpool IntelliFresh 265 L Double Door Refrigerator.
I checked the reviews about this product and got impressed it. I purchased it from nearby store. frankly speaking, I feel very discomfort with this product.
The first fault is that the cooling quality of the refrigerator is very poor. Only the freezer is cooling properly and the sufficient cold is not quickly spread over the lower areas.
It takes more than twelve hours to fully cool the refrigerator. It is making noise and the external walls of the fridge got warm. The cooling vents are not providing enough cool and fresh air into different sections. So, it failed to provide uniform cooling for long lasting freshness. The provided ice tray is very small.
The company says that the refrigerators can stably operate even in high fluctuation of voltage and no use for a stabilizer. But the technician suggested me to use a stabilizer for security.
Compare to other brands, the weight of the fridge is very high so it is very difficult to handle. It got a compressor fault just after one week. I contacted customer care but the number is not valid. I tried different numbers but I can't connect with them.
They have not a customer friendly attitude. The technicians after a number of complaints. They took more than three weeks to repair.
The kind of service they provide to customers is totally irritating. So, I will not recommend anyone to buy Whirlpool Refrigerator.
