Nikon D70, the latest digital SLR camera making huge waves in the market. Equipped with a 18mm-70mm lens, the camera is loaded with features which for sure would amaze you each time you click a photograph. The camera is not too heavy as per the standards of digital camera, weighing about 2.5 pounds, a comfortable grip, easy to use options and features makes it handles like a dream.
This camera has something for every one. A first time user can jump into the fully automatic mode and simply create magic. For people how are a little more serious about photography have just the right options, this baby is not just equipped with the features of a SLR but also the comfort of a digital camera.
Normally where just the shutter speed and the aperture can be adjusted, this camera has features that let you push it a little further. There are options to set the sharpness, color intensity, contrast, and more that would amaze you and make you simply fall in love with it.
When we talk about the features of D70, it would simply take your breath away. Lets start with the shutter speed, its gives you an option from 1/8000 of a second to 30 secs. Now those candle light moments that you always wanted to capture are just a click away. Lets talk of the aperture settings next. There are a host of options manual and semi-manual that can be selected. You can choose from automatic, preset, and manual white-balance options for that perfect day light sunny pictures.
The Nikon D70 works with the wide range of external flashes and Nikon F-mount lenses. Although I am very sure that you will not face any problems with the latest models but you might want to check for compatibility with a little older version available.
So what do we have in our hands, a camera that can click some of the best pictures in low light and capture some of best high motion photos? Well yes you can really drool over this magnificent piece of art. However there is no feature in the camera where you can save your customized settings, It would remember the last settings you made, but sadly there are no options for saving your settings.
All in all a very good camera but a piece of advice, although this is a very sophisticated camera, I would recommend browse through the manual once at least to see what this camera can really do. Have a great time clicking.
