Whatsapp is "THE MOST" commonly used and popular app in smartphones along with Facebook. Infact Whatsapp has become a part of life and a necessity for smartphone users to communicate and stay connected with friends and family.
There are attractive features like free calls( mobile data charge is applicable but free for WiFi users). So basically one can talk for any duration of time length without caring for mobile bill. Another feature that is now available on WhatsApp is that you can send files and documents that has improved the robustness of WhatsApp.
Of course you can set your own "Status"(140 characters max.) that adds a catchy feel to your profile along with your choice of Profile picture.
Then you can spy on your contacts lists s' photos and statuses and create your own WhatsApp Groups(for various purpose) and themes that helps to lighten you up. There is also the option of making "broadcast " which will help you to send bulk messages to selected contacts. Use emoticons and pics, videos, send memes to make chats lively and interesting.
The only con of WhatsApp is the smaller list of stickers, themed stickers and colour backgrounds.
Overall I will rate it 4.5 and recommend it as a must have app for all mobile users(smartphone and internet needed).
