Be Careful of West Side Forum Bangalore . Review on West Side, Bangalore

This is my first hand experience at West Side showroom inside Forum mall bangalore. Yesterday I had gone with my wife for shopping and my wife had selected 3 home wears...

We went upto the billing section and the billing person hands me a bill which shows 5 items and he swiped my cc for 5 items...when I enquired howcome 5 he initially said I took 5 items...i asked him to count the items I purchased in front of me and he counted 3....

So he then apologised with a smile as if nothing happened and said he will refund the balance amount in cash....pretty smart way of fooling customers who never take a look at their bills and just purchase the products....well it never ended there I had to ask for the department manager to speak and I get the person after 15 mins of wait...

Finally after some arguments I was refunded the extra billing in cash after 30 mins...guyz I would advice all who shop at westside forum bangalore please take a look at your bill before the person at the billing counter swipes your cc these guyz are smart enough to take you for a ride by adding extra items which you must have never purchased incase you guyz do not check your bill...

I have myself noticed many customers just take the bill and go back without checking if the bill is in sync with the number of items purchased...this is a pretty smart way of making business and has been practiced even at spar hyper market and star bazaar where in I have found extra items being billed...
