Being grown in an environment where the focus is always n the diet no matter how much calories and how much cholestrol they are enriched.I almost became Adnan sami's big brother but thanks to my selfcontrol that I lost fat incredibly easily.When I say loose fat I dont mean that I lost weight coz I think at this height I think I need a weight around 90 and have tried to maintain 90kg(hahahaha).


Being experienced in this department I can really recommend some of tips for all you wanna be models.You wont believe that I was so much into this routine that I almost gave up food and my only meals was my supper and nothing else at all but instead of making me lean and mean it only turned me into a living dead body, i mean that I was so weak from inside that I could never think of doing anything but to sit idle and order for everything.I felt that something was missing from inside but once I realised that I was running low on vitamins I ate like hell and alongwith that I went for a jog and took a game not only to become a champ or something but just to workout my body and what better game then basketball coz in basketball not only you run, you jump too and that helps a lot in loosing fat.


I understand that some you guys must feel that im always biased towards basketball but another good way of loosing fat is dancing.Im sure all of you must be hooked on to music so whenever you all alone in your room just put on some music and shake your booty.i know I might sound crazy but it really works.


One thing to take care of in  our diet is amount of fat intake.Don't eat junk food.When I say dont that means only once a year.Dont eat sweet things(this is especially for girls who love chocolates and icecreams).If you feel an urge for eating sweet go for some fruits by that you get natural whatever.


And one thing I would like you all to do is workout.Workout doesnt mean going in a gym and lifting all those bulks but anything which keeps you in shape like jogging, walks, yoga(a great mental workout) or swimming.


Now the above mentioned ways you need a lot of determination and strong will power but there's and easy way too.You go for the food supplements like chromium which is available in gyms and other stores but I think they have steroids in them so you better stay clear from steroids and other form of drugs.


Another great and very very effective way of getting slim is you join a hostel.if you are a student join a college and get a hostel.im sure by eating hostel food not only you loose your weight but also you'll get mentally tough(hahaha).
