I bought this hard drive 3 year back. After doing some research I went for western digital. It is best in performance. Data Transferring speed is very fast. Style & Design is simple and best with matte black colour. When I received this hard disk, it got some problems and I placed a replacement request on their website. Within 7 days the technician from their side came and given me the 750 gb harddisk. I was so impressed by their customer service and support. They were always available on email and so easily they resolved my issue. Now its been 3 years and I didn't get any problem with that. I am fully satisfied with their staff behaviour and their total support. Highly recommendable. Go for western digital.
