Dear Friends,
I bought Wantrn 2 in 1 mosquito killer(it was also said 3 in 1). I would like to share my experience with the purchase and the product so that it will helpful for others who wish to buy this.
I ordered the mosquito killer directly from the manufacturer’s website https://wantrn.com after seeing that they are giving a discount of 300. So the product cost was 999. They charged 99 as shipping charge. So the total cost of purchase is 1098. After placing the order I just received an email with the order details.You cannot create an account with them and so cannot track the order.
one positive point about the product is that as they mentioned, it runs with less noise. The fan inside it runs smooth.
Initially my experience with WANTRN was not satisfactory but later I got a good response from the manufacturer. They agreed to replace the product and even they agreed for money back. As others are giving a good feedback it seems that their quality of service has improved and even the product quality. After getting replacement let me try the product once again. Hope that it will be effective.
If the customer support is good surely people will get more confidence and try the product.
