Very poor customer service, no respect towards customer. On the time of purchasing they will promise u everything but once u paid money they will become king. 0 ratings from my side. I purchased Jupiter classic before 2 months and I got all my documents after visiting their office multiple time. Even today I dont have my service book and they are giving false promises to customer. They provide very poor after service. While giving my Jupiter's first service I told them, there is some issue in my tyre. Please check it properly. But they just washed my Jupiter and provided it back with out doing anything and actually my tyre was punchered and tyre collapsed on highway.you can't trust on such kind of third class service. They also charge extra money for oil and u don't know actually they are changing it or not. On the name of free helmate they provide you 150 rs helmate which is useless. Jupiter it self is not a bad product but please buy it from some good agency or dealer. I have very bad experience with tvs- vtec juhapura. It's my own view and experience.
