I really feel that now it is the time to reveal the secreates about my self and few people who really contribute for the growth of the company.
I my self(Deepraj Shetty but I prefer to be called as DS) don't feel that this is a company as I completely enjoy working here.
I really love to be here for life time as I get all privilege the same way of running my own business, coz it is not really necessary for me to work at all.
I just need to relax in my cabin and just pretend to work when someone come to my cabin and make them wait for about 15 min to speak to me only then people in office can feel that I am completely busy.
Now coming to people who you can find in this company for life time, till this company exist
Tushar Sinha- Really talented who really contributed in the initial days of the company who was once a piller of the company, but currently for those who don't know how to work, he is a god father for such people. I too take real advantage of him by trying to praise him some time or by hitting on his ego in reverse by forcing him opposite of what I wanted to get done.
Kallol Dutta - One of the most efficient person of vsplash who know everything according to him but in reality who don't know anything. but he is really good in handling team. As all the work is got done by those people who are more efficient by putting more pressure and just chilling out with those who don't work but praise him. He is real baby of Tushar Sinha as he can get anything done by him just by speaking few words in their language(Bengali). He ranks in second position after me in pretending to be busy and knowledgeable
Madan Kumar - very talented person who grown in terms of position with the company from long time and the great thing is without improving skills and knowledge, I really learn most things as he know few things more than what I and kallol know. I can rank him to be fourth in pretending to be busy.
Balaji Vidadala- Our HR Manager really talented as he always get his job done by providing more talented and knowledgeable people for the company whenever we need people by really showing stars and moon for the people who he interviews. He know how to handle employees better and provide proper answers for them, if any employee comes to discuss with them about any issue he gave a mantra for his team which solves all issues as he asked them to state that is Managements Decision, as every employee in the company are aware if they go to discuss with management like me, tushar or Umesh(Our MD), we can just say that their performance is not good and get rid of him in day or two. I can rank him to be third to pretend busy.
Manjunath kamath: A real fool, and my toy with no brain, we always get all our work done by him but never let him understand that we have no work, who just know how to work hard without even considering about his self respect, we can always say anything to him on floor even in front of his subordinates he won't even react to this, the best part is that even our MD does it the same way, many time in meetings we keep on blaming for the things which he is not at all related as I know that work gone wrong and just handed over the project to him a day before meeting and I kept all the blame on him, as he is also aware about companies policy he was quite, when ever there is project which is about to complete I would just state Rehne de bhai tere pe na ho payega and take the project in the final stages and take all the credit.
There are few more people to name with but I am tired now as the list here keeps going and going I have no patience to write any more.
Our company really gives a nice opportunity for the people who wants to learn, so I would completely recommend this company for others.
MD Umesh, I am really very happy with him. I will not find a boss like him in any other company.
