Never had such crap experience with VRL before.

First of all, bus came late to pick up point in Bombay.
2nd, we were forced to wait 6 hours for a toilet stop, which was NOT proper stop for ladies, but one of those dirty stops meant only for lorry drivers, and I was forced to cross 4 lanes of traffic on foot to reach it. Even the driver only stopped here after I made complaint to customer care. Arrogant chauvinist pig basically wanted to punish me for raising a valid complaint. He also started driving rash after complaint was raised- more retaliation.
Furthermore, I was not the only person begging for a toilet. The elder lady next to me couldn't bear it and did her business on roadside before I raised complaint.
Stop hiring inhuman barbaric swine to drive for VRL!
