They are not the VRL. It’s a name copied fraudster agency. Most horrible, inhumane logistics service.
They never keep their delivery promise.
They switch off their phones or block your calls if there is delay in delivery. You will have to wait for the call from the truck driver.
I’ve paid the full amount for home relocation from bangalore to Udupi. After delaying of the delivery for 3 days , I am still waiting.
All of them have blocked my calls. The office also does not respond or pick the calls. If you don’t want to loose your money or goods , don’t book with these guys.
Better pay a little more and be secure about your goods.
