I shipped my luggage through VRL. Initially they quoted Rs 14000 and later they started demanding Rs 29000 to deliver my luggage. They didn't deliver my luggage even after 60 days, I went to Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad office and gave written complaint. After 5days my luggage was delivered.


Please don't afraid to these thieves, go to your SP/ACP office.
