WORST SERVICE AND NON-TRUSTWORTHY VRL SPEED CARGO MOVERS MUMBAI/BANGALORE SERVICE GSTIN 29BMIPP2468Q5ZX. their phone numbers are 934253xxxx, 984447xxxx- Mumbai, 959000xxxx-, 080-8808xxxx- Bangalore head office, address - no- 1325, 19th A cross road, Paranjipalaya 2nd stage, HSR layout, Bangalore-560102. Email info@vrlspeedpackers.co.in and website vrlspeedpackers.co.in mentioned in his bills and receipt is are fake.
I used VRL SPEED CARGO MOVERS service to shift my household goods from mumbai to chennai in March 2021. The company executives all give false promise of fast delivery, no damage, early settlement of damage. the following experience I got from them.
VRL speed cargo movers mumbai Mr Mandeep promised to shift the goods without damage to door but Rs 15000 damage of goods were done by them.
The deal was finalised that he will accept cheque at the time of pick up for 80% and after delivery 20% but after the goods were loaded and truck reached his office he demanded cash to be paid to his account otherwise truck will not move. I Paid cash after 2 days then only truck statrted.
3 The delivery of my car was done after complaining to police and after 25 days of delay inspite of full payment as Mr Mandeep kept on telling wrong stories.
Mandeep promised for his company insurance on damage of goods and will be settled in a week. my damages happened worth Rs 15000 however after 3 months also not settled. now he is not responding on call and some time he diverts my call or he says hello and after my voice he disconnects call. not settled so far.
Totally unethical, non-systematic, false and not trustworthy people and service by Mr Mandeep and VRL .
His head office at Bangalore also does not listen and they say Only mandeep can settle it.
DONT BELIEVE AND USE THEIR SERVICE.
